Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services booked through Super Astrologer.
यह रिफंड नीति उन शर्तों को स्पष्ट करती है जिनके तहत Super Astrologer के माध्यम से बुक की गई सेवाओं के लिए धनवापसी दी जा सकती है।

Eligibility for Refund / रिफंड के लिए पात्रता
Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
निम्न परिस्थितियों में रिफंड प्रदान किया जाएगा:
- Unable to schedule within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) from booking. बुकिंग के 48 घंटे (सोमवार से शुक्रवार) के भीतर सत्र निर्धारित न कर पाने पर।
- Assigned astrologer is unavailable and you decline the alternate provided. निर्धारित ज्योतिषी अनुपलब्ध हो और आप वैकल्पिक ज्योतिषी के साथ जाने के लिए सहमत न हों।

Non-Refundable Cases / गैर-रिफंड योग्य स्थितियां
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
निम्न स्थितियों में रिफंड प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा:
- If the consultation has already been completed. यदि परामर्श पहले ही पूरा हो चुका है।
- Dissatisfaction with the consultation or outcome. यदि आप परामर्श या उसके परिणाम से संतुष्ट नहीं हैं।
- Failure to attend at the scheduled time (No-Show). निर्धारित समय पर सत्र में उपस्थित न होने पर (नो-शो)।

Rescheduling Policy / पुनर्निर्धारण नीति
Scheduling is based on mutual availability. Once set, rescheduling requests are at our sole discretion.
परामर्श उपलब्धता के आधार पर निर्धारित होता है। समय तय होने के बाद पुनर्निर्धारण हमारे विवेक पर निर्भर करेगा।

Refund Process / रिफंड प्रक्रिया
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
स्वीकृत रिफंड 5–7 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर मूल भुगतान माध्यम से वापस कर दिए जाएंगे।

Gateway Charges / ट्रांजेक्शन शुल्क
Payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the final refund amount.
किसी भी लागू पेमेंट गेटवे या ट्रांजेक्शन शुल्क को रिफंड राशि से काटा जा सकता है।

Final Decision / अंतिम निर्णय
Super Astrologer reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refund request.
Super Astrologer किसी भी रिफंड अनुरोध पर अंतिम निर्णय लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
