Nature of Services / सेवाओं का स्वरूप
Super Astrologer provides astrology consultation services through qualified and experienced astrologers. These services are intended for guidance and informational purposes only.
Super Astrologer योग्य और अनुभवी ज्योतिषियों के माध्यम से ज्योतिष परामर्श सेवाएं प्रदान करता है। ये सेवाएं केवल मार्गदर्शन और जानकारी के उद्देश्य से हैं।

Booking & Scheduling / बुकिंग और शेड्यूलिंग
- Once booking is complete, our team will connect you with the astrologer. ऑनलाइन बुकिंग पूरी होने के बाद, हमारी टीम ग्राहक को ज्योतिषी से जोड़ेगी।
- Consultation time is scheduled based on mutual availability. परामर्श का समय दोनों पक्षों की उपलब्धता के अनुसार तय किया जाएगा।
- Sessions scheduled within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) from booking. सत्र बुकिंग के 48 घंटे (सोमवार से शुक्रवार) के भीतर निर्धारित किया जाएगा।

Rescheduling / पुनर्निर्धारण
If the session cannot be scheduled, we provide an alternate astrologer of similar expertise. If declined, a full refund is issued.
यदि सत्र निर्धारित नहीं हो पाता है, तो हम समान विशेषज्ञता वाले वैकल्पिक ज्योतिषी प्रदान करेंगे। यदि स्वीकार नहीं किया जाता है, तो पूर्ण धनवापसी की जाएगी।

Refund Policy / रिफंड नीति
Eligible for Refund / रिफंड के लिए पात्र
- Failure to schedule within promised time.निर्धारित समय के भीतर सत्र तय न कर पाने पर।
- Customer declines the alternate astrologer.ग्राहक द्वारा वैकल्पिक ज्योतिषी को अस्वीकार करने पर।
Not Eligible / रिफंड के लिए पात्र नहीं
- After the consultation is completed.परामर्श पूरा होने के बाद।
- Unsatisfied with consultation or "No-show" at scheduled time.परामर्श से संतुष्ट न होने या निर्धारित समय पर उपस्थित न होने पर।
